Mr. Boguess founded Nuance Energy Group Inc. in 2013. As CEO, he leads his loyal staff with a keen eye on systems, automation and teamwork. Brian's hands-on experience and entrepreneur mindset for business development and product engineering helped create Nuance Energy's trailblazing solar ground mount racking system and its flagship product, the OSPREY PowerRack®, with proprietary earth anchor foundations - the first of its kind for the solar industry. The disruptive racking system has earned Mr. Boguess multiple USPTO utility and methodology patents: US #10,622938, US #11271520 and International patents. 

Nuance Energy has manufactured over 300MW of solar racking systems for regional solar installers, national solar distributors and commercial EPCs in 46+ US states and 6 countries and is the preferred racking system for Freedom Forever, the 2nd largest residential solar EPC in the USA. Nuance Energy product is also sold through distribution and Greentech Renewables, the largest solar electrical distributor in the USA. 

Mr. Boguess negotiated a new distribution agreement with a South African solar developer. The joint venture will manufacture steel in South Africa to produce and distribute Nuance Energy's product in Africa and SE Asia, generating $70M in future sales over next 2 years.

Mr. Boguess previously operated Nuance Energy as an EPC and a C-10 California licensed electrical contractor under the brand, AgWell Solar providing customers with solar engineering, system design, project management, installation services and project finance origination. Brian has commissioned hundreds of distributed generation solar projects totaling over 150MWs primarily in the California Central Valley agriculture communities, in Oregon and Arizona.

As a former SunPower business development manager, Brian managed a new business unit for SunPower residential sales with hundreds of homes installed in the San Francisco bay area from 2010 - 2011. 

The consummate entrepreneur, Brian's pre solar industry career included several start-up ventures.  Brian was an active investor in a portfolio of real estate development projects in CA and NV totaling $145M from 2004-2011. He was previously a top sales producer for Oracle's eTravel, VP of Business Development for Boutique Lodging International, a Kimpton Hotel Group brand, and the top ecommerce sales manager for Expedia Hotel Guide (now Hotels.com) and Cahners/Reed Elsevier Publishing from 1999 - 2004.

Mr. Siebens is a recognized leader in green technology, specializing in distributed renewable energy and energy efficient systems. Christian brings over twenty years of electrical and solar industry experience within the manufacturing, distribution and retail sectors. His focus and advisory has always been in sales, marketing and business development. 

Since 1998, Mr. Siebens has specialized in creating awareness and driving adoption of energy efficiency, renewable energy and smart grid technologies. 

Christian founded CED Greentech, which today is the largest wholesale solar distribution company in North America with sales in excess of $1.5B. Christian also founded the Clean Energy division of Affiliated Distributors, the largest network of independent distributors in North America with sales in excess of $38B and grew sales for his EnergyForce network to over $500M in 6 years. 

After leaving Affiliated Distributors Christian founded Energized Ventures, Inc. which has now grown into the multi-company portfolio including subsidiaries, EPG, EPG Supply, Resource Energy Pros, Zero Distribution, ProEnergy and ExaWatt USA. 

Christian and his investment group are currently constructing a 2.4GW solar panel production facility in Bloomington, IL, which will manufacture USA solar panels and US cell technology.  

Christian is a regular speaker and trainer within the distribution and Cleantech industries and is considered a leading pioneer in the Net Zero market.

Dean Greene is founder of The Greene Consulting Group and is a solar pioneer with over 47 years in the industry, having started in 1976. Dean has led business development efforts including serving as VP of Business Development for Summit Energy Group LLC, a commercial and residential EPC firm, leading their expansion into 7 states.

Mr. Greene has developed and managed projects across a breadth of sizes and geographies. Dean excels in the engineering, design and procurement phases of solar projects and has overseen the construction of several hundred MWs of projects throughout the USA and Central America Projects ranging from residential to large scale commercial and utility scale solar fields in New Hampshire, Georgia, Ohio, South Carolina, New York and Texas.

Over the years he has developed numerous relationships with multiple EPC partners and suppliers that make it possible to see all these projects to certificate of completion. Dean’s executive experience includes positions with EMJ Corporation, Vivint Solar, Summit Energy, Sc Solar Energy and George Solar and Co. Dean’s current focus is the United States, the Caribbean and Canada.

Prior to that he served as Regional Operations Center Manager at Vivint Solar for 5 years, and is an owner/manager of Solar Specialist Inc. in Florida, which includes GC License, CVS Solar License and Master Electrical License. There he oversaw installation and servicing of over 10,000 solar systems ranging in size from small residential solar to large commercial solar systems.
